black bean, corn, and turkey chili

ingredients
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 cups bone broth
- 1 can rotel
- 2 cans of kidney/pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 bag frozen corn
instructions
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add the turkey.
- Once browned, add onion, red pepper, garlic, and the spices.
- Add bone broth, rotel, beans, and frozen corn.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally while cooking.
- Serve immediately.
