- bag of green beans or two broccoli crowns
- 3-5 cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
- salt
- avocado oil
instructions
- In a large pan, heat about a tbsp of avocado oil over medium high heat.
- Once hot, but not smoking, add the veggies.
- Mix occasionally letting the veggies brown nicely on as many sides as possible.
- Once browned to your liking, add one pinch of salt then mix then add another pinch of salt.
- Add the garlic on top, cover, and turn the heat down to low.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, test for doneness, then either continue cooking to your desired doneness or remove cover and mix. You may need to let it cook uncovered for a minute to let any accumulated liquid burn off.
- Serve immediately.
